 A lot has changed in the past 16 years, both in the world and in my own life. [Briefly mention something about your current situation, if you like. For example, "I'm now a associate professor of [radiology]," or "I've been working on [non-invasive neuromodulation]," or even just "I've been enjoying spending time outdoors"]. However, I recently found myself thinking back to those early days of blogging, and your my site was one of the first last that came to mind.
